Nova Scotia Beef

We have sourced quality beef from a few Nova Scotia beef producers who raise their animals in an ethical, kind and healthy manner. We carry two different types of beef because not everyone is looking for the same qualities in their beef. 

We provide beef from an operation that produce their own calves and grow them to market weight by feeding (pasture) grasses, haylage, silage and grains. The other beef producer raises strictly grass fed beef on their farm. Both products make fine beef and are processed in our provincially inspected meat plant in both British and American style cuts.
